Responds in a timely fashion to technician calls on floor.Performs preventative maintenance on machines.Executes machine moves, game conversions, installations, and floor upgrades.Demonstrates troubleshooting techniques and escalate problems if needed.Performs machine repairs under the supervision of a higher-level technician.
